Collection and Use of Information
We may collect any content, record, or electronic communication of any kind, including Personally Identifiable Information, subject to applicable laws. This includes both information that you physically type into the computer keyboard, as well as other information collected, for example through Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses and the use of “cookies” which may be placed on your computer when you access the site (See the “Cookies” Section Below).
We may collect Personally Identifiable Information about you (for example, requesting a combination of your name, telephone number, e-mail address, mailing address, employer or related information) in order to provide you with goods or services and in order to communicate with you. We may also collect and use Personally Identifiable Information for other reasons, such as marketing. We collect information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form, use live chat, open a support ticket or enter information on our site.

If we are going to share your information in response to legal process, we’ll give you notice so you can challenge it (for example by seeking court intervention), unless we’re prohibited by law or believe doing so may endanger others. We will object to requests for information about users of our services that we believe are improper.
We use third-party vendors and hosting partners for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to run our services. We maintain two types of logs: server logs and event logs. By using our services, you authorize us to transfer, store, and use your information in the United
States and any other country where we operate.
Tracking & Cookies
A cookie is a piece of information that a web site transfers to the hard drive of your computer when you visit that site. A cookie allows a website to record your comings and goings with respect to that site; it can also allow the site to track which pages on the site you visit, and how often you visit them. Except for information regarding your comings and goings, the only personal information stored in a cookie is information that you supply yourself – a cookie cannot read data off your hard drive or read other cookies created by other sites.
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since browser is a little different, look at your browser’s Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
We honor Do Not Track signals and Do Not Track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place. If you turn cookies off, It won’t affect the user’s experience .
Privacy Practices of Third Party Sites
This site may contain links or references to other companies or other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any linked sites or referenced sites, or for the privacy policies or practices of any other third parties or third party sites. To the extent that you disclose Personally Identifiable Information to any linked sites, referenced sites or other third parties, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information you disclose to them, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before disclosing Personally Identifiable Information to them. We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website.
Modifying or Deleting Your Personal Information
To prevent unauthorized access, and maintain data accuracy and the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration to data will not occur, we try to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.
- We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.
- We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
- We use regular malware scanning.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur: we will notify you via email within 5 business days, we will notify the users via in-site notification within 5 business days.
Email from us
Sometimes we’ll send you emails about your account, service changes or new policies. You can’t opt out of this type of “transactional” email (unless you delete your account). But, you can opt out of nonadministrative emails such as digests, newsletters, and activity notifications through your account’s “Settings” page.
When your interact with an email sent from us (such as opening an email or clicking on a particular link in an email), we may receive information about that interaction. We won’t email you to ask for your
password or other account information. If you receive such an email, please send it to us so we can investigate.
We collect your email address in order to:
- Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions
- Process orders and to send information and updates pertaining to orders.
- Send you additional information related to your product and/or service.
- Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred.
To be in accordance with legislation, we agree to the following:
- Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
- Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.
- Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.
- Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.
- Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly.
- Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can email us following the instructions at the bottom of each email and we will promptly remove you from ALL correspondence.
This website is not directed toward children under thirteen years old, and we do not knowingly collect or use information from children under the age of thirteen through this site without first obtaining parental permission.
Data Protection for European Union
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), in order to provide our websites, products, and services to you, we may send and store your Personal Data outside of the EEA, including to the United States.
